At Streetorbit, every product is made-to-order through our production partner Qikink. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
🚫 No Returns on Size or Preference Issues
All products are printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
👉 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selected
Change of mind
Personal preference
Why?
Each item is custom-made, so it cannot be resold.
📏 Size Responsibility (Read This Carefully)
To avoid issues:
Check our size chart before ordering
If unsure, go one size up
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
✅ When You ARE Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
We will only offer a free replacement or refund if:
You receive a damaged product
You receive a wrong item/design
The product has a manufacturing defect
⚠️ Mandatory Proof Required
To claim a replacement/refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Clear photos of the product
Package images
Order details
Without proof, the request will be rejected.
🔁 Replacement Policy (Primary Solution)
We prioritize replacements over refunds.
If approved, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost
No need to return the defective item (in most cases)
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if:
Replacement is not possible
Issue is verified and approved
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🚚 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
After production starts, cancellation is not possible
⏳ Delivery & Delays
Orders are processed within 2–4 days
Delivery takes 3–7 days depending on location
Delays due to courier issues are not eligible for refunds.
❌ What We Do NOT Cover
We are not responsible for:
Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
Slight print placement differences
Delivery delays caused by couriers
