At Streetorbit, all products are made-to-order and shipped through our trusted production partner Qikink.

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days
Each product is custom-made after your order is placed
Orders are not shipped immediately since they go through production first.

📦 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
👉 Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

⏳ Possible Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
High order volume
Courier partner issues
Weather or external factors
Streetorbit is not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect

🚫 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
Streetorbit is not responsible for:
Failed deliveries due to incorrect details
Orders marked as delivered by courier but not received

📭 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery fails due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
The courier may return the product.

👉 In such cases:

Re-shipping charges may apply
No refund will be issued

📦 Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability.

❌ Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible cases.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.
